Como ya sugiere su título ("humano - celta") el disco celebra no simplemente la cultura celta sino específicamente su fusión con otras culturas y músicas del mundo. Extenso y sumamente ecléctico, tradicional y moderno, Human/Kelt propone nuevas versiones de clásicos del repertorio de Stivell grabadas junto a una larga lista de invitados internacionales, entre los que comparecen Dan Ar Braz, Carlos Nuñez, Angelo Branduardi, Yann Tiersen, Bob Geldof, Murray Head, Francis Cabrel, Andrea Corr y Fatoumata Diawara.
