Timethai

Timethai is a Thai pop singer, choreographer, and hip-hop dancer. He was born as "Dharmthai Plangsilp" on January 2, 1996, in Bangkok, Thailand. A dancer since the age of 7, he was discovered in 2010 by the Thai record label kəmikəze. Impressed not only with Timethai's dancing skills, but also his skill playing traditional Thai instruments like the Thai alto bamboo xylophone, kəmikəze signed Timethai and released his debut single, "No More," in December 2011. A second single, "The End," followed in April 2012 and became a chart-topping hit in Thailand, effectively launching Timethai's career as a teenage pop star. He released his self-titled debut album, Timethai, that same year. A second album, Drife, followed in 2013. Timethai spent the rest of the 2010s releasing a series of stand-alone singles, including "Hidden Line" (2014), "Don't Judge Me" (2015), and "It's Time" (2018). He also focused on acting, landing roles in films like 2015's Ghost Ship while regularly appearing on TV shows like Dancing With The Stars and I Can See Your Voice. Nonetheless, his music career continued into the 2020s, with Timethai kicking off the decade by collaborating with Diamond MQT on the duet "I Thought I Loved Her." In 2022, he released his first collection of material in nearly a decade with the EP Timeless, which featured the single "Not Used To."
