The fourth studio outing from Warren, Michigan-based "electronicore" outfit I See Stars, the Sumerian Records-issued New Demons offers up 12 new slabs of jarring, dancefloor-ready, happy-apocalypse deathcore anthems that reflect the growing EDM influence that began creeping in on 2012's relatively well-received Digital Renegade. Produced by Joey Sturgis (Attila, Born of Osiris, the Devil Wears Prada), and featuring guest appearances from Mattie Montgomery of For Today and Frank Palmeri of Emmure, New Demons was preceded by the fiery first single "Murder Mitten."
