The Beatles, mais conhecido como The White Album (ou Álbum Branco), é o décimo álbum de estúdio dos Beatles e foi lançado em 1968 pela gravadora Apple. O disco duplo foi produzido por George Martin, conta com 30 faixas, e se destacou por apresentar pela primeira vez a individualidade de cada integrante da banda – que começava a apresentar os primeiros sinais de atrito. Com uma capa branca que contrastava com o excesso de informação do álbum anterior, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967), o disco tem a participação de Eric Clapton na guitarra em “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” e foi composto em sua maioria durante o retiro de meditação da banda em Rishikesh, na Índia. Considerado um dos melhores álbuns de rock de todos os tempos, The Beatles tem músicas clássicas como “Back In The U.S.S.R”, “Dear Prudence”, “Blackbird” e “Helter Skelter”.
