Depuis sa création à la fin des années 1950, la bossa-nova est devenue un ingrédient indispensable à la riche palette musicale brésilienne. Le monde selon Peter Gabriel

Porte-drapeau du rock progressif britannique avec Genesis, Peter Gabriel, qui fête ses 70 ans le 13 février, est devenu le champion de la world music et la figure de l’artiste engagé à travers son label Real World, la série de festivals Womad et bien sûr la protest song “Biko”, passée à la postérité via la tournée de concerts Amnesty International. Le Prince des années 80

Dans la famille funk, Prince Rogers Nelson fut un genre à lui seul. En 40 ans de carrière, il a réussi à mêler l’héritage des pères fondateurs (James Brown, Sly Stone et George Clinton) à des influences aussi bien rock’n’roll qu’électro voire jazz. Un groove exubérant et bluffant qui brilla essentiellement entre 1978 et 1988…
