Also in 2015, he contributed to the compilation album Mar Azul - Sons de Minas Gerais with his cover of the Lô Borges song "Um Girassol da Cor de Seu Cabelo." In 2016, Silva shifted his focus towards MPB (Brazilian Popular Music) and introduced a tour titled "Silva Canta Marisa," covering songs by Marisa Monte. This resulted in an album of the same name. His second live album, Silva Canta Marisa Ao Vivo, was released in 2017. Over the next few years, Silva released albums such as 2018's gold-selling Brasileiro and 2020's Cinco.
