Cane Hill
A hard-hitting metalcore unit based out of New Orleans, Cane Hill's punishing blend of post-hardcore and nu-metal draws from a deep well of divergent influences, from Pantera and Slipknot to hip-hop and indie rock.
Founded in 2011 by vocalist Elijah Witt, guitarist James Barnett, bassist Ryan Henriquez, and drummer Devin Clark, the band cut their teeth on the road, sharing stages with contemporaries like the Hollywood Undead, the Acacia Strain, blessthefall, and For the Fallen Dreams. They eventually inked a deal with Rise Records and released an eponymous debut EP in 2015. The following year, the group issued their first full-length outing, Smile, again via Rise, and in 2018 they released their sophomore effort, Too Far Gone.
