Reel Big Fish were obviously a little apprehensive about the technology that makes this enhanced CD possible (check the title of the disc), but it does work. The "enhanced" portion contains three videos, as well as 5 tunes. This group plays high-energy West Coast ska, with some hardcore roots thrown in for good measure. "Alternative Baby" is a jet-propelled, trumpet-blasting ditty about unrequited love in the modern world. As for the vids, "Sell Out" is the amusing story of some guys who get plucked out of their jobs at the local greasy spoon, only to find themselves packaged and sold by the Big Record Company as "the next big ska band." Hmmm...However they're packaged, this band is a lot of fun--and you probably won't need your receipt.
