The eighth studio album from the Finnish cello-metal unit, Shadowmaker is also the first Apocalyptica outing to utilize the talents of a single vocalist -- solo artist and former Scars on Broadway guitarist Frankie Perez joined the group in 2014, but had not been confirmed as a full-time member. Shadowmaker marks the Eleven Seven debut for the band and was produced in Nashville with Nick Raskulinecz, with additional tracking done in the group's native Finland. The set features 12 tracks, three of which are instrumentals, with release in five different formats, including a standard CD, a double vinyl LP, a mediabook deluxe CD, a digital download, and a collectible box set.
