With American Rebelution, Georgia-bred country rap unit the Lacs turn in their sixth volume of hick-hop party anthems, drinking songs, and skits. A staple of the Average Joe's Entertainment label, the Lacs once again team up with Florida rappers Hard Target on a handful of tunes while also collaborating with country duo Montgomery Gentry on hooky lead single "Jack in My Coke." There's a somewhat ominous tone to the title cut, but overall the veteran group stays true to their time-tested formula.
