His self-titled debut album, released in 2012, revealed a gifted musician; one literate in the classics, with a strong penchant for 70s Bowie… With Let It Glow, Timothée Regnier, a.k.a Rover, not only confirms this impression, but takes his already strong songwriting to a whole new level. Catchy melodies, minutely detailed arrangements, passionate singing over the top, and vintage production: Rover has not changed, fundamentally. Instead he has focused himself, honing what appears to be the essence of his own brand of art-rock. This will hypnotise those who fell under the spell of his first album.
