El Arrebato

Javier Lebandon, commonly known by his artistic name, El Arrebato, has met with great critical and commercial success in the world of rock andaluz. Hailing from Sevilla, with a unique blend of flamenco, rhumba, and pop styles, Lebandon has impressed audiences and won fans all over his native Spain. Making his recording career debut in 2001 with the release of El Arrebato, featuring the single "Poquito a Poco," Lebandon sold an impressive 70,000 copies. Over the next two years, El Arrebato would play more than 50 concerts all over Spain. Lebandon's second album would be met with similar enthusiasm. Released in 2003 and entitled Una Noche con Arte, the record aimed to capture the experience that audiences enjoyed from the live concerts. In 2005, Lebandon achieved a great success with the release of his third record, Que Salga el Sol por Donde Quiere, which sold 350,000 copies and remained on local charts for 60 straight weeks. Though many artists would wait a significant period of time before releasing a collection of their hits, Grandes Exitos hit the market late in 2005. The record features beloved songs like "Delinquentes" and "Me Gusta lo que Soy" along with new material like "No Puedo Mas" and the Los Chunguitos cover "Carmen." Not content with stopping there, El Arrebato went on to release Un Cuartito Pa Mis Cosas (2006), Mundología (2008), and Lo Que el Viento Me Dejó (2010). In 2012, Campamento Labandón was released, followed by a 2013 tour of Spain.
