Alain Clark
Born in Haarlem, Netherlands, in June of 1979, pop sensation Alain Clark released his eponymous debut album in 2004, which made him a household name in his Dutch homeland. His second album, Live It Out, which appeared in stores in 2007 and ultimately went double platinum, was notable for containing the hit duet with his dad, "Father & Friend." 2010's Colorblind proved to be another success, easily claiming the top spot on the Netherlands pop charts. Subsequent outings Generation Love Revival (2012) and Walk with Me (2014) were also well-received, and in 2017 he decided to break into the international scene with his highly anticipated sixth studio long-player, Bad Therapy. Recorded in Los Angeles and Amsterdam, the album introduced electronic elements into Clark's eclectic blend of pop, R&B, and soul.
