Sorti en 1993, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. (acronyme à double sens, dérivé bien évidemment du terme « nigger /nègre », mais également du sigle Never Ignorant Getting Goal Accomplished : Jamais un ignorant n’atteint son objectif), cet opus, originellement prévu pour s’appeler Troublesome 21 reste dans la lignée de son prédécesseur et traite du malaise des quartiers pauvres, du racisme et de l’attitude hostile de l’institution policière.
Mais déjà, quelques morceaux fleurent bon le « bling-bling » équivalent rap de la quincaillerie et de la verroterie, et les gros calibres, comme en témoignent « Point My Finga » ou « Representin’ 93 ». Surtout connu pour « I Get Around » et « Last Wordz » (avec Ice-T et Ice Cube), ce troisième album fait de Tupac un des leaders de la mouvance rap de la côte Ouest.
