Born on January 6, 1963 in San Diego, California, songwriter, composer, producer, and arranger Aaron Zigman has written songs for Carly Simon and the Jets, arranged works for Aretha Franklin and Natalie Cole, and composed scores for numerous films, including The Notebook, Sex and the City, My Sister's Keeper, and Step Up.
