Classics at the Movies: Drama collects symphonic pieces associated with a range of film. However, aside from John Williams' original theme for Schindler's List, the pieces here are mostly well-known works from composers like Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, and Sousa that have been grouped according to the film they appeared in -- The Truman Show, Dead Poets Society, even Bulworth. Whatever the odd motivation of the release, it's still a solid collection of orchestral works from some great composers, performed with aplomb by a variety of orchestras or solo players. Of the latter, Norbert Kraft's classical guitar work on "Romance d'Amour" (from Forbidden Games) is a standout.
